Ingredients:
For the marinade:
- Malasuge- cut into bite sized pieces
- Orange zest- 1 tsp.
- Honey
- juice of one orange
- Soy Sauce-2 tsp.
- Vinegar- 1 tsp.
- Italian Seasoning
- Cumin Seed Ground
- Oregano leaves
- Salt and Pepper
- Garlic- grated
- Canola or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Steps:
- In a bowl combine Orange Zest, orange juice,honey, soysauce, vinegar, Italian Seasoning, Cumin Seed, Oregano leaves, Salt, pepper
- Put in the malasugue slices and marinate it for 10- 15 minutes in the fridge.
- Heat oil in a frypan and fry the fish 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove them.
- For the sauce: Sautee garlic in oil and add marinated mixture.
- Cook in low heat for about a minute until it turns sticky.
- Put it in a dish. fish is stacked and put the sauce all over the fish.
